All members of the Global Scale-Up community, including members, chairs, speakers, sponsors, or staff, are committed to adhering to the duties and obligations outlined in this pledge:

Confidentiality Standards
To ensure trust and confidentiality within the Global Scale-Up community, we observe the following standards:
Non-Disclosure: Confidential issues and information shared within our community are to remain private, not to be disclosed to any third party without explicit permission from all involved parties.
Contacting Others: When reaching out to a Global Scale-Up member regarding confidential issues, extreme discretion is required to maintain privacy.
Usernames and Passwords: It is vital to protect access to our sites and secure personal login credentials. Sharing passwords is strictly prohibited.
Solicitation: The use of our community's directories and email addresses for business solicitation is not allowed.
Competition and Hiring: Members must not use non-public information to compete with or cause economic loss to fellow members.
Reminder: While we strive for maximum security, no digital platform can guarantee absolute security at all times. Caution is advised in all internet transactions.
Legal and Ethical Considerations
Discussions within Global Scale-Up are meant to be confidential; however, they are not legally binding against third parties or in legal proceedings. Members are advised to exercise caution and seek legal advice, when necessary, especially regarding material, non-public information relevant to publicly traded companies.
Dispute Resolution
Global Scale-Up cannot monitor or control all member interactions. Disputes arising from violations of this pledge are to be resolved between the parties involved without liability to Global Scale-Up.
